With 20 years of experience, ranging from communications strategy to employer brand and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sandy Diaz Haley has worked for global PR agencies representing Fortune 500 companies, served in corporate roles and worked with nonprofit organizations, both domestic and internationally. When she diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, MS in 2014, she told herself she’d be ‘the best damn thing that ever happened to MS,’ learning and advocating as much as she could for herself and others.

Sandy has just launched her consultancy, SDH Communications, helping organizations to define what they stand for and connect with audiences to create authentic connections that drive action. She serves as a trusted partner advising her clients on strategic communications, DE&I and employer brand, all while raising her own bada$$ ladies with her husband, Nathan and advocating for MS as a family.
