With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles focused on enhancing the employee experience across both UK and multinational organizations, Gareth has honed his skills as an HR generalist and specialized in DEI, reward and recognition, and HR transformation management and communications.

Most recently, he served as the Head of DEI for Europe at Levi Strauss & Co. and previously led the global inclusion practice at The Coca-Cola Company. Gareth also contributes as a Board Director for Company of Others. Driven by principles and values, he is a strong relationship builder and a provider of safe spaces, committed to helping people find balance and not take everything too seriously.
